This section contains various samples of planning and instructional delivery from my different teaching experiences. I believe it is important to use many types of teaching methods that compliment each other throughout instruction. Not every student learns in the same way, so instruction should not be a “one size fits all approach.” Students should feel that they have guidance and encouragement, but are also able to explore, discover, and direct their own learning. These lessons reflect thoroughness and creativity, and incorporate various pedagogical strategies adapted for each grade level.
